Terms of Service

The rules for using the wptaskify social publishing service.

1. The service

wptaskify connects your social media accounts and publishes content to them on your instruction. It is provided by Logical Dottech.

2. Your account

• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every account you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and at least 13.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit it to the platforms you selected.

You are responsible for what you publish, including that you have the rights to any images, video and music in it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use this service to:

• Publish content that is illegal where you or your audience are.
• Send spam, or post at a volume intended to game a platform's systems.
• Impersonate anyone, or post to accounts you do not control.
• Break the terms of any connected platform — those terms still apply to you.
• Attempt to gain access to another user's accounts or data.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. Platform rules come first

Each platform sets its own limits — what may be posted, how often, and what their API allows. We cannot override them. If a platform rejects, removes or rate-limits a post, that is their decision, not ours.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that can change, fail or restrict access without notice.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Logical Dottech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost reach, lost revenue, or action taken against your account by a platform.

8. Ending it

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, connected accounts and stored tokens are deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
